Due to the nature of the use cases of our products, we can only provide warranty coverage to items with out of the box defects. Items determined to be dead on arrival must be reported within 30 days after the date of shipment. We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. The client is responsible for any shipping charges involved with returning defective products.

We reserve the right to not extend warranty coverage to products which have been used, tampered with, installed improperly, run outside operational range, damaged through accident or abuse, or modified.
